Job Description

CAMCO Property Management is actively looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our dedicated team in Mt. Laurel Township, New Jersey. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary between $45,000 and $48,000, along with an attractive benefits package that includes:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our properties, fostering positive relationships with tenants, and contributing to the overall success of our community.   • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the association property in Mt. Laurel Township, NJ.
  • Coordinate efficiently with vendors to handle maintenance, repairs, and property improvements.
  • Address resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to association rules and regulations to maintain a harmonious living environment.
  • Participate in budget planning and financial management activities under the guidance of the Property Manager.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections to uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Aid in the organization and facilitation of association meetings to foster community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of correspondence, contracts, and financial transactions for efficient property management.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in working with Homeowners Associations (HOAs) or Condo Associations is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative duties and proficient in property management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for association events or emergencies.
