Operational Support & Management:

• Daily Operations:
• Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.

• Guest Satisfaction:
• Prioritize and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, implementing solutions, and maintaining high standards of service.

• Staff Management:
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent guest service.

• Departmental Coordination:
• Coordinate with various departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.

• Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

• Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to improve hotel performance.

• Budget Management:
• Assist in developing and managing the hotel's budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.

• Revenue Generation:
