Your new role
As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will oversee and perform all routine and preventive maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the community. Manage and train maintenance personnel, handle budget planning and monitor, with the help of the community manager, effective cost control procedures to ensure budget compliance in the maintenance department.
What you’ll need to succeed
• 5 years in related role (Ast Chief or Lead Building Engineer)
• Experience with Commercial buildings (office preferred)
• Knowledge with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Systems & more
• Great communication skills & attention to detail
