Job Summary

As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications. You will also need to ensure that the quality control standards are met. Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

Primary Responsibilities

• Assembling components or sub-assemblies using appropriate tools and following specific guidelines and procedures
• Inspecting parts for defects or damage
• Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Documenting assembly processes and reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors

Requirements

• Be able to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, technical manuals, and schematics
• Be able to use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
• Be able to communicate effectively
• Have experience in manufacturing or a desire to learn, along with consistent attention to detail
• Following safety procedures and guidelines

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this role is $17.00 an hour based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
• Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
