About the Position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee small teams to accomplish design and technical goals.
• Manage the creation and development of construction documents for modular systems.
• Provide technical direction to project teams, ensuring consistency with design objectives and client expectations.
• Collaborate with market segment leaders and marketing teams on design documentation and presentations.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary teamwork by leading project coordination meetings.
• Develop and deliver schematic designs and design development packages that comply with building codes.
• Supervise construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and conducting site visits.
• Guide and mentor architecture interns and junior staff to support their professional development.
• Conduct quality checks and reviews in accordance with quality management standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect in at least one state, with the ability to transfer credentials to other states.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
