Pespisa Company is a full-service plumbing, heating, and air conditioning installation provider. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an apprentice to join our team. This role offers hands-on training alongside experienced professionals. This ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist lead technicians with the installation of heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.
• Help clean, inspect, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Observe and support diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues.
• Organize and maintain company trucks to ensure they are stocked and ready each day.
• Keep shop and office areas clean and organized.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job requirements:

• Albe to work Monday - Friday: 40 + hours per week.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced technicians.
• Punctual and dependable for all scheduled workdays.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Physical Demands:

• Repeated lifting of heavy materials.
• Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions on job sites.

Compensation:

Education :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 2+ years or related apprentice experience.
