Position Overview

One of the nation’s leading insurance companies that prides itself on providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments for insurance agents, and ensuring that all interactions are professional and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various outreach methods to contact potential clients and introduce insurance products and services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate insurance agent.
  • Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up with leads and confirm appointments, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software a plus.
