In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, tasked with setting appointments that are crucial in maintaining the operation and outreach of our business. As an appointment setter, your primary goal is to facilitate the connection between potential clients and our sales representatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our client acquisition strategies.

• Call the provided referral list to set up appointments with potential clients.
• Contact individuals from the "green card" list to schedule further showings.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure they are informed of upcoming appointments.
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including feedback and follow-up actions.
• Handle cancellations or reschedules and promptly inform the relevant parties.
• Update client records in the database with the most accurate and recent data.
• Assist in optimizing the scheduling process to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide periodic reports to management about appointment setting efforts and outcomes.

• Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales assistant, or similar role in customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in solicitation.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
• High school diploma is required; further education will be considered an asset.
• A reliable and punctual mindset given the need for precise appointment setups.
