Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the Salt Lake City, UT area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

 

Job Title: Apartment Leasing Consultant

Hours: 8AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

  • Tax Credit Experience is highly preferred or affordable housing/bond paperwork or HUD/Section 8 Experience. Market rate, affordable housing and luxury leasing experience is welcome as well
  • Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent phone and in person sales skills
  • Motivated and hard-working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
  • Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
