Qualifications An Analytics Engagement Lead combines technical expertise in data wrangling, visualization, machine learning, and advanced analytics with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, client communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, and SQL, as well as techniques like predictive modeling, regression analysis, and clustering, is essential for delivering impactful insights. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable insights, requiring a focus on crafting compelling narratives to influence business decisions and effectively present findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the role demands a commitment to data governance and security, ensuring sensitive information is managed with compliance and integrity while driving strategic outcomes. By blending storytelling, technical proficiency, and a focus on data security, the Analytics Engagement Lead plays a critical role in shaping informed, data-driven strategies.
