The Fauquier Department of Social Services is seeking to hire an experienced Adult Services Case Manager/ Adult Protective Services Investigator for our Adult Services Division.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Adult Protective Services and working with elderly or disabled adults
- Work experience in a local department of social services
- Bilingual
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field and minimum of two years of appropriate and related experience in a Human Services area (Section 22VAC40-670-20 of the Administrative Code of Virginia).

Special Requirements:
- Possession of a valid appropriate driver's permit issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Employee must be willing to work in the community emergency shelter in the event of a natural disaster or emergency.
- On-call rotation
