Now, through Vera International , we’re scaling a fast-growing import and distribution business focused on sustainable, high-quality coffee, cocoa, and sugar , supported by strong international partnerships. 

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated individual ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

Position: Administrative & Data Analyst Intern 

Compensation & Schedule: 

Pay: $15.00/hour

Start Date: Targeting mid-May, with a preferred start date of May 19th.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 11 weeks, ending August 1st

Location: In-person

Responsibilities: 

●Conduct research on potential projects, clients, and industry trends (e.g., coffee,sugar, real estate incentives, aggregate mining, solar projects)

●Assist in organizing company documents, contracts, and vendor files

●Support internal communications (e.g., meeting notes, weekly update summaries)

●Assist with light technical tasks such as troubleshooting software issues, supporting internal techtools, organizing cloud-based systems, and contributing to technology assessments or implementations

● Maintain shared drives and file organization systems 

● Stay responsive, curious, and adaptable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment 

Qualifications: 

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field 

● Strong research and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information clearly 

● Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), with strong organizational and collaboration skills 

● Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Suite 

● Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks 

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

● Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and interest in technology systems 

Bonus: Interest in real estate, agriculture, global trade, renewable energy, or private equity
