This is a harmonious and easygoing staffed household so it’s important to find someone collaborative and energetic who will bring warmth and positivity to their happy home. Responsibilities include all child-related care including driving to/from school and activities, planning age-appropriate activities, helping with children’s meals and laundry, and light tidying. Care is needed mostly during the day but they do need 24/7 availability in case the children need tending to overnight. Candidates must be local and living in/near SF. Their ideal person has flexibility to travel (usually domestic weeklong trips), is experienced with pre-K to school-age children, and has excellent communication skills.
