As we continue to grow, Cottingham & Butler is actively looking for ambitious and driven individuals for our 2025 Summer Client Service Internship Program.

What You'll Do: As a Client Service Intern, you will be immersed in various aspects of client service, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Execute Individual Projects: Take ownership of specific projects by developing solutions to enhance client experience or improve internal company processes.
  • Learn Basics of Full-Time Role: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities and tasks involved in a full-time client service role in your specified division.
  • Tackle and Solve Client's Biggest Challenges: Work closely with clients and C&B team members to identify and address pressing issues by developing strategic solutions, while also collaborating to implement tailored client management strategies.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings with experienced professionals, observing and participating in discussions to understand client needs and how to meet them.
  • Industry Knowledge: Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to better serve our clients and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Networking: Build connections with clients, industry professionals, and fellow interns through networking events and social activities.

  • Start date: Tuesday, May 20th, 2025
  • End date: Friday, July 25th, 2025
  • Duration: 10 weeks in a culture unlike any other
